Refund policy

Returns

The period of our refund policy is till 30 days. If your refund or exchange request passes 30 days from the day of your purchase; we would not be able to help you.
If you receive a defective product from us, we will consider it eligible for exchange or refund. However, the product should be in its original packaging. We would require a receipt as proof of purchase. Without this, we cannot offer the exchange or return. We request you to please do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect the product. We will notify you whether we approve your request for exchange or refund or not.
Your refund will be processed soon after you receive our email about the approval of your request. You will receive notification of credit on your credit card or the payment method you opt for while buying from us within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In cases where we approve your request, and do not see a refund after 3-4 business days, please first contact your credit card company, as they may take some time to post your refund. If there is no further information from your credit card company please contact us at usapopcleaners@gmail.com to share your concern.

Sale items (if applicable)

Please note that we only exchange or refund the regular-priced and not sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items are replaced only in case of defects or damage. Feel free to email us at usapopcleaners@gmail.com for your exchange applications.

Shipping

To return a product, please submit a query/request using the contact form. The expenses for shipping costs have to be borne by you. Please keep in mind that these shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount that you will receive will not include the cost of return shipping.
