All Sales Are Final

At USA Pop Cleaners, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. As such, all sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not explicitly stated in this policy.

Exceptions for Refunds

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we recognize that there are rare circumstances where a refund may be warranted. We will consider issuing a refund in the following situations:

1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, at email address usapopcleaners@gmail.com. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Errors: In the event that we make an error in shipping your order (e.g., sending the wrong item or shipping to an incorrect address provided by us), we will take full responsibility. Please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving the incorrect item, at email address usapopcleaners@gmail.com. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and expedite the shipping of the correct product at no additional cost to you.

2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
3. Include clear photographs of the damaged product, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

As all sales are final, we do not offer cancellations on orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving a request for refund from you, we will notify you within 2-3 business days whether we approve your request for exchange or refund or not.

Your refund will be processed soon after you receive our email about the approval of your request. You will receive notification of credit on your credit card or the payment method you opt for while buying from us within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In cases where we approve your request, and do not see a refund after 3-4 business days, please first contact your credit card company, as they may take some time to post your refund. Sale items (if applicable)

Please note that we only refund the regular-priced and not sale items.

Shipping

In the event you return an incorrect product sent by us, please submit a query/request using the contact form. The expenses for shipping costs will be borne by us. Please keep in mind that these shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount that you will receive will not include the cost of return shipping.
