Returns & Cancellations
All Sales Are Final
At USA Pop Cleaners, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. As such, all sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and incorrect shipping information entered on the order form.
We do offer refunds or exchanges in cases of defective merchandise or shipping errors on our part, or any other reason not explicitly stated in this policy.
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at usapopcleaners@gmail.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photographic proof (images) of the erroneous / damaged order, emailed to usapopcleaners@gmail.com. We will respond to the email with confirmation of receipt, and will offer either a full refund of the order or issuance of the correct and accurate order at our expense – again, this is provided that error of the order was done on our part.
Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs or order costs, for orders returned due to incorrect shipping address entered on the order form. We also cannot refund any custom or personalized items unless they are defective.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-20 business days for refunds to be processed.
Exceptions for Refunds
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we recognize that there are rare circumstances where a refund may be warranted. We will consider issuing a refund in the following situations:
1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, at email address usapopcleaners@gmail.com. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
2. Shipping Errors: In the event that we make an error in shipping your order (e.g., sending the wrong item or shipping to an incorrect address provided by us), we will take full responsibility. Please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving the incorrect item, at email address usapopcleaners@gmail.com. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and expedite the shipping of the correct product at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Refund
If your situation falls under one of the exceptions mentioned above, please follow these steps to request a refund:

2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
3. Include clear photographs of the damaged product, if applicable.
4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Cancellation / Modification Policy
As all sales are final, we do not offer cancellations on orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Our top priority is getting your order to your door as quickly as possible. Once your order is place, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. After an order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.

Shipping
In the event you return an incorrect product sent by us, please submit a query/request using the contact form. The expenses for shipping costs will be borne by us. Please keep in mind that these shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount that you will receive will not include the cost of return shipping.
